About Us

About KCPRN

Kansas City Pig Rescue Network INC was officially founded in early 2017 and attained our 501c3 non-profit status in September of 2018. In our first few years, our team has worked together to rescue, rehabilitate and find loving homes for over 300 deserving pigs.

We are a foster based organization with two foster farms, Willeyville Farm in Cleveland Missouri and Circle A Farm in Winston Missouri. We love to welcome visitors and volunteers by appointment, to provide education and hands on experience with these very special beings. If you would like to visit one of our foster farms, or are interested in becoming a private in home foster family – please contact us today!

Featured Pigs

Douglas

Douglas is one of the PNW250 hoarding case piggies. He is one of the larger older foster boys from this group and can typically be found hanging in the background until there are laps available to lay on.

Rico

Rico is one of the PNW250 hoarding case piggies. He is a bit more of a loner than the other boys, but is very friendly. He prefers to gvie his love and affection more one on one, and in the barn if he has his way!

Holly

Holly is one of the 21 pigs we pulled from an extremely horrid pig mill/hoarding situation on 11/13/19 and 11/15/19, and is the grumpiest and most protective mama pig we've probably ever had in our program. Who could blame her? She was starving herself, and working so...

Fern

Fern is one of the 21 pigs we pulled from an extremely horrid pig mill/hoarding situation on 11/13/19 and 11/15/19. She is her mom Holly's chunkiest female piglet and the dare devil of her group.

Poppy

Poppy is one of the 21 pigs we pulled from an extremely horrid pig mill/hoarding situation on 11/13/19 and 11/15/19. She is her mom Holly's mini me and is always close by her side.

Greta

Dear sweet chubby Greta lost her mommy who loved her dearly, over a year ago. Her human brother had been doing his best to take care of her after the passing of his mom but fell on some tough times. He was faced with the difficult decision to find Greta somewhere safe...

Elvis

Sweet little Elvis just from the St Charles animal shelter, after being thrown into some piping hard enough to shatter one of his hind legs. The monster who abused him may have taken his leg but he did not break his spirit. Surgical repair was attempted before we...

Lupe

Rosa and Lupe are recent intakes, from the NKC area. Over the course of 10 days, we were told 38 calls had been placed to KC animal control, regarding two stray pigs roaming public parks, getting into trash, and running off into the nearby woods. Knowing animal...

Cartman

Cartman is one of the PNW250 hoarding case piggies. He has the most outgoing and funny personality of the four smaller boys from this group, and always makes us laugh.

Charlie

Charlie is one of the two almost identical boys from the Lexington 5, who came to us with the help of a kind-hearted animal control officer, in late October 2018. He and his 4 piggy friends kept escaping their yard and playing around town, so he came to live with us...
